CREDIT TERMS

• 1% 10 Days; Net 30

• Service Charge 1-1/2 % per month (18% APR) over 30 days

• Shipments may not be made if balance is over 60 days

PRICES

• Prices are calculated based on precious metal markets (Second London Fix plus Surcharge) on the day after shipment.

• International (including Canada) pricing is based on precious metal markets (Second London Fix plus Surcharge) on the day of shipment so that documents and invoices can accompany your shipment.

• Quantity discounts are available.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

ORDERING

• Please specify customer name or number, catalog number, quantity, quality and method of delivery.

• We can supply you with a customized order form if you would like to fax your orders.

MINIMUMS

• Minimum order of $250.00; if below minimum, a $20.00 Order Processing Fee will be applied.

TOLL

• A regular toll account provides a 1% discount on precious metal content of a shipment

ACCOUNTS

• Toll shipments must have sufficient gold on account to cover shipment.

• A toll account application must be on file with our credit manager.

RETURNS

• Returned material must be accompanied by a "Return Material Authorization Number" (RMA). 
  Numbers can be obtained through or Customer Service Center.  Please call our TOLL FREE number.  Please return merchandise promptly to insure full credit.  RMA numbers are only good for 30 - days.  After that you must call for a new RMA number.

• In order to expedite your credit promptly and correctly, please have available either the INVOICE NUMBER or ORDER NUMBER that the material is being returned on.

• UNAUTHORIZED returns or items not manufactured by us will be shipped back to sender collect.  Please insure your RMA Number is written on the front of the package to avoid being returned!

• Items being returned must be separated and identified.  Mixed product will receive scrap credit only.

• Items Returned:
  Within 30 days of invoice date - Full Credit
  Over 30 days but less than 90 days - Full Credit Less 15% Restocking Charge ($25.00 Minimum)
  Over 90 days - Scrap Value/Market Day After Receipt
  Special Items - Scrap Value/Market Day After Receipt

SPECIAL ITEMS

• Customized Products - Due to manufacturing processes we reserve the right to ship and consider orders
     complete which vary 10% (plus or minus) from the order quantity.

• Customer Trademarking - Requests for a special trademark will be honored as long as the individual order quantities meet an acceptable manufacturing minimum.  These minimums vary depending on the item and metal quality.  Please consult your Customer Service or Sales Representative for appropriate minimums.
